Cavity Free Club

Children who are cavity-free at their regular check-up and cleaning appointment will be entered into the Youthful Smiles Cavity-Free Club. Those in the Cavity-Free Club will be entered into our monthly drawing for a very cool prize and will have their names listed in the local newspaper with other Cavity-Free Club members for that month. The monthly winner''s picture will be posted on the Youthful Smiles Cavity-Free bulletin board in Dr. Lange's office.

At the end of the year, we will enter all the names of those who have been cavity-free during the year into a Grand Prize drawing. The Grand Prize winner will receive a mega prize and will have his or her picture taken with Dr. Lange for the local newspaper.
